Why should I complete a DISC profile?

A DISC assessment is not an IQ test or a psychological evaluation. There are no right or wrong answers. Its sole purpose is to help you better understand yourself so you can improve your communication and interactions with others.
How long does the free test take?
The assessment consists of 25 questions and takes approximately 10 to 15 minutes to complete.
For the most reliable results, take the assessment in a quiet environment where you can remain focused throughout the questionnaire. Answer each question honestly and spontaneously, without overthinking or trying to guess the "correct" answer.
We also recommend that you do not read any documentation about the DISC model before taking the assessment. Everything you need to understand your results will be explained in your personalised report at the end.
